Sanoura Haven was founded by Kaitlin and Robert, a dynamic duo driven by a shared passion for care, compassion, and community.

Kaitlin is a Registered Nurse with a lifelong love for neonatal and pediatric care. By the age of six, she knew she wanted to work with infants in healthcare, and that passion has only grown stronger over time. With years of experience in neonatal nursing, she’s known for building deep, trusting connections with her patients and their families, anticipating their needs, advocating for them, and going above and beyond in every detail of care. Kaitlin thrives on creating structure and calm in even the most complex situations.
Robert brings years of business management experience, ensuring the logistics and operations behind Sanoura Haven run smoothly. His entrepreneurial mindset and steady leadership allow the agency to focus on what truly matters, exceptional patient care.
Together Kaitlin and Robert have two young children. Outside of work, they enjoy activities such as camping, traveling, and spending time together as a family. They share a love for Formula 1 racing, board games, family walks, and fun activities like a day out at Wahooz. While Kaitlin hopes to eventually dive deeper into pediatric services to encompass more than nursing care, Robert’s ultimate dream is to one day expand their impact by opening an assisted living community and a dog sanctuary, combining his love of helping others with his passion for elder care and animals. Together, they built Sanoura Haven as a reflection of their values: family, compassion, and thebelief that every child deserves not only skilled care, but genuine love and light in their journey.
